(May 3, 2018) Trumark Homes, the national award-winning California homebuilder, announced today that its Bristolcommunity in Chino Hills, CA has reached an impressive sales milestone of more than 80 percent sold since launching sales in March 2017. Introducing a total of nearly 150 homes to a thriving Southern California market, Bristol features three distinct neighborhoods: Towns, featuring three-story townhomes, and Courts and Manors, each featuring two-story single-family detached homes. The Signature Series offered at Bristol’s Manors neighborhood allows homebuyers to choose their own lot, elevation and floor plan among an enclave of 12 oversized home sites with upgrades included such as covered patios and gourmet kitchens.
